Agnes was born to John and Clara (Epplin) Buschschulte on December 2, 1936 on the family farm in Pinckneyville, Illinois. She was the youngest of their four surviving children.  She attended St. Bruno Catholic School and Pinckneyville HS where she was an honor student. Agnes continued her education at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois where she met Earl, the love of her life. They married in 1957, settled in the Chicagoland area,  and started a family shortly thereafter.  In 1966 the family moved to North Olmsted, Ohio where they built their dream home in Bretton Ridge.  Agnes volunteered in the community, her parish, and her neighborhood.  Over the years, she was active in Scouts, the Women's Club, CYO, Cursillo, CFM, Religious Education, and the Galileans, as well as serving as a proclaimer.  She was a talented crafter, seamstress, and baker.  She enjoyed using her talents to help others.   As a founding parishioner at St. Clarence Catholic Church, Agnes was well known for heading up the parish spaghetti and meatball dinners, festival chicken dinners, as a Bingo team leader and other fundraising efforts. She was an avid golfer, once getting a hole-in-one at The Links.  Agnes was a life-long learner. She returned to college in her 50s to earn a Mathematics BS degree at Cleveland State University in 1991. She taught math at Elyria Catholic as well as spending many years as a long-term substitute in Parma City Schools. She loved spending time with her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Her cookie jar was never empty in anticipation of their visits.
