Passed away August 18, 2016. Private Funeral Service Monday, Aug. 22, at 10:00 AM. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS. Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
