ANITA WALBURGA MORGAN, age 83, passed away on July 25, 2023.  Beloved wife of Thomas L. Morgan; loving mother of John W. Hromco, Joseph C. Hromco (Adele) and Jeannette M. Conroy (Jeff); loving stepmother of Michael T. Morgan (Crissy), Nancy G. Lubinski (John) and Catherine Ann Taylor; proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; dearest sister of William Mueller (Rosalie), Paul Mueller (Gloria) and Richard Mueller (friend Donna); dear sister-in-law of Kenneth J. Morgan; great aunt and friend to all she met.

Anita was a woman ahead of her time.  She had a profound faith, a vibrant personality, and a love and dedication to others.  She graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1958 and John Carroll University in 1963 with a Bachelor's degree in Education.  She earned two Master's degrees from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon and her Ph.D. in Special Education from Cornell.  She worked and taught special needs children in Beaverton, OR and Elyria, OH.  She labored in a variety of assignments for the Ignatius Volunteer Corp and Loyola Service Team for 25 years.

She was an organizer and pillar at The Church of St. Clarence in North Olmsted singing in the adult choir, a lector and participated in a variety of clubs and service organizations.

Funeral Mass Saturday, August 5, The Church of St. Clarence (30106 Lorain Rd.) at 11 A.M. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS RD., FRIDAY 4-7 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Ames Family Hospice, 30080 Hospice Way, Westlake, OH 44145.
