ANN M. ROTHGERY DVORAK (nee Alparski) age 94. Beloved wife of the late George Dvorak and Paul Rothgery; mother of Robert Rothgery (Loretta), Diane Monteleone (Mike), Gayle Bartosh (Phil) and the late Richard (Kathy); step mother of Neil Dvorak (Jan), Paul Dvorak (Carrin), Roy Dvorak (Kathy) and Rita Dvorak; grandmother of 19; great grandmother of 11; sister of Joanne Naujoks and the late Betty Feckelman; aunt of many. Passed away Nov. 8, 2012. Funeral Mass Monday Nov. 12, St. Mark Church (15700 Montrose Ave.) at 10:00 AM. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS SUNDAY 2-6 PM.
