ANNA M. PROKOP, age 81, beloved daughter of the late Stella (nee Michalik) and Julian Prokop; sister of Joseph and the late Stanley; devoted aunt and great aunt of many.  Passed away peacefully December 14, 2017 surrounded by her beloved family.  Funeral Mass Monday, December 18, St. Mark Church (15800 Montrose Ave.) at 10 A.M. where friends may call MONDAY 9:30 A.M.
