ANTHONY ARCURI

Age 91, born 6/15/1929 in Piney Fork, Ohio. Passed away peacefully in the home he loved for 57 years. He was a first generation Italian-American, proud of his heritage.

He moved to Cleveland with his wife, Elizabeth in 1954 where he began his career as a Shearman for Republic Steel. He and Elizabeth raised five children in their West Park home.

Tony spent time with family, and loved boating and fishing. He had a full life, enjoying the growth of his family. He was an excellent storyteller with a great sense of humor.

Tony lost his wife Elizabeth, (the first love of his life, in 1982). He remarried Dorothy Bednar, who he had known from childhood. They enjoyed life together until Dorothy passed away in 2017. Tony continued to live life to the fullest, living independently, until he left this world.

He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Louise, siblings Joe, Thelma, Mary, Tom and John.

He is survived by sons; John (Rawadee) Arcuri, Frank (Wendy) Arcuri. Daughters; Rose Hutchinson, Vicki (Tom) Kissig, Barbara Mirdala.

Stepsons; Michael (Tammy) Bednar, Dan (Carol) Bednar. Stepdaughters; Cindy Clark and Patty (Rick) Woods.

Grandchildren; Tommy Hutchinson, Tera (Brian) Pepper, Tina Hutchinson, Joe Arcuri, Tiffany (Dan) Cardenas, Anna (Joe) Mosijowsy, Elizabeth Arcuri, Christian (Pyik) Kissig, Samantha Kissig, Cameron Kissig, Melissa Mirdala, Nicholas Mirdala and Vincent Mirdala.

Great- Grandchildren; Erin Dean, Kailyn Arcuri, Jayson Uhl, AnnMarie Arcuri, Sarah Arcuri Kiara Arcuri, Blake Pepper, Toby Pepper, Danny Cardenas and Tommy Cardenas.
