ANTHONY J. DZIAK, age 66, beloved husband of 45 years to Rose (nee Boumis); cherished father of Christine Gunn (Joe); loving grandfather of Allison and Ryan; brother of Thomas, Donald and the late Kathryn Aldridge, Michael, and Patricia Tanner; uncle, cousin, and friend of many.  U.S. Air Force veteran.  Retired from the Ohio Lottery and was a proud and dedicated St. Mary of the Falls Thunderbolt superfan.  Passed away unexpectedly July 4, 2018.  Funeral Mass Monday, July 9, St. Mark Church (15800 Montrose Rd., Cleveland) at 10 A.M. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
