Beloved wife of Thomas J.; loving mother of Kevin, Patrick (Molly) and Timothy (Peg); Grammy of Morgan and Grace; Nanny of Emma, Tomas and Molly; daughter of Helen (nee Molnar) and the late Peter Sullivan; sister of Dan (Laura); aunt of many; friend to all. Passed away May 20, 2017. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, TUESDAY 4-8 P.M. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Monastery of the Poor Clares, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH 44111.
