BERNARD E. HAMILTON of Brook Park, age 87. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 19, 2014. Beloved husband of 59 years to Joanne (nee Hill); loving father of Guy (Suzy) and Carl. Bernie served his country as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during WW II and an MP in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was an active member of the American Legion Post 610 in Brook Park, the VFW and The Masonic Lodge 0621 in North Olmsted. He retired from Ford Motor Co. in 1991 after 40 years of employment. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday July 29 at 1:00 P.M. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
