BOBBY J. ROSE

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that the daughter of Bobby J. Rose announces his passing on April 24th, 2026, at 0244am, age 68. Cherished father of Jessica Rose (Devin Hurley) and Gina Gallardo; best friend of Andy Castro; proud grandfather of Zoey Jenkins; loving brother of Michaela, Christopher, and Felix; son of Monika and Bobby Herald; grandson to Polly Rose; and godson to Dagmar Fadai.

Bobby served honorably for the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he continued his lifelong commitment to protect and serve with the Brunswick Hills Police Department and Cleveland Police 5th district.

Officer Bobby Rose dedicated more than four decades to service. He was known for his courage, compassion, and unwavering sense of duty. He took great pride in serving his country and community, as well as in building meaningful relationships and mentoring the next generation of officers.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bobby was a loving family man, loyal friend, and pillar of strength to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kind heart, quiet humility, and constant support for those he loved. Whether on duty or at home, he lived a life defined by service, honor, and compassion. Bobby will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Friends may call CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR., WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29, 3-7 PM. Inurnment with honors at OWRNC to be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Jessica Rose, in recognition of Bobby’s life devotion to service.
