Loving daughter of Cathy Forristal and David Costner Sr. (Lisa); sister of Alex Thomas and Jessica and David Costner Jr.; granddaughter of Linda Forristal (Leonard-deceased) and Elsie Costner; niece of Renee Lang, Laura Forristal (Paul) and Mark Forristal (Mandi); cousin of Vinny, Haley, Tyler and Mark Leo; aunt and friend of many. Passed away April 28, 2018. Memorial Service Thursday, May 3, at 6:00 PM. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS where friends may call 3:00 PM.
