Our mother Carol Cholewka (nee Burke), age 79 passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 after a long and heartbreaking journey with dementia. Beloved wife of 52 years to the late Matthew; loving mother of Dan (Laura), Debbie Hogan (Pat), Rick (Becky), Denise Smith (Frank) and Ann Marie Perkins (Bob); adored grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt; dear sister of Maureen Finneran (Jerry, deceased), Kathy Frank (deceased) (Ron), Joanne Burke and Peggy Downing (Hugh).

You will forever remain in our hearts as the kind and gentle woman you were and who has once again been made whole in mind, body and spirit with our Lord.

Funeral Mass Thursday, March 16, Church of St. Clarence (30106 Lorain Rd.) at 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
