FOGLIANO (nee Smolinski), age 81, beloved mother of Maryann Conley, Gary Tiboni and Lisa Holt (Mitch); dear grandmother of Sarah, Natalie, Rose, Angela and Nicole; dear sister of Janet Kunz and the late Bill Smolinski and Jane Wagner; beloved aunt, great-aunt and friend of many. Passed away November 16, 2022. All services will be private.
