CAROLE JOANNE TRACZYK (nee Dillon), age 84. Cherished wife of the late John; loving mother of Michael Traczyk (deceased) and Jerome "Jerry" (Dr. Rena Zimmerman), Jeanne-Anne Hillman (John), Mary Beth "B" Traczyk (Mike Caroscio); beloved grandmother of Shane Hillman (Miranda), Jonathan Traczyk (Sera), Theo Traczyk (Andrea), Meaghan Hernandez (Joey), Alexandra Abdul-Karim (Peter), Lauren Traczyk (Tanner Speakman), Josh Stark (Maureen Matousek), and Brianna Stark (David Ruiz); awesome "GiGi" to Briley and Jameson Hillman, Eli and Eleni Abdul-Karim, and Leonidas Traczyk; sister of Gerald Dillon and James Dillon (Carol), and the late Raymond Dillon (Jackie), Bernard Dillon (Thelda), Juanita Stanko (Tim) and Terry Dillon (Tina); aunt, great-aunt, and faithful friend of many.
Carole truly lived her life with such grace and strength. Carole was a person who embodied a true love for family, friends, and faith. Her presence was a calming force for anyone fortunate enough to enter her life.
Carole's unwavering dedication to those she cared about was truly inspiring. Her gentle demeanor and warm spirit touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. She had an incredible ability to make others feel valued and at ease, and her kindness knew no bounds.
Carole had a true love for friendships, bingo, casino's (penny slots), Lenton fish fry's with the "Hog's", games of all kinds with family, and was known as a movie critic with her bestie Elaine.
Passed away February 14, 2026. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday March 7, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 10:00 AM with a reception to follow. Please wear your favorite bling and color to celebrate the only way Carole would want it! Private inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery. Please no flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Edward Scholorship Fund where her husband John was class of 1955 and her son Jerry was class of 1982.
