CAROLYN LONGAR (nee Murphy), passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the age of 73.  She is preceded in death by her parents William and Irene Murphy, her husbands, and her son Billy.  Carolyn will be forever remembered with great love by her daughters Kim Portale (Mark), Stephanie Moore, and Christine Horatschki (Charlie), her grandchildren Clay and Paige, Nick, Patrick and Andrew, and Sarah, her sister Jayne Lewis (Dewey), her niece Debbie Frieders and nephews Danny and Ronnie Pozek, and numerous extended family, dear friends and gram-dogs.

Carolyn was a beautiful, vibrant person and a forever friend to any person who was privileged to know and/or encounter her. She could light up any room wherever she went with her bright smile and lively conversations.  We will celebrate her precious life with joy and color and spirit. Please honor her by wearing the same.
