CAROLYN E. SWEENEY (nee Hatfield), age 64, loving mother of Daniel, Bridget (Tom Camargo) and Hugh; grandmother of Rory and Marla; daughter of Gail (nee Taylor) and the late Thomas Hatfield; sister of Nancy Griffiths (Jack), Thomas Hatfield (Diane) and the late Margaret Hatfield; aunt and friend of many, passed away April 9, 2025.

Carolyn had a distinguished career, working at the Sports Management company IMG for over 25 years. During that time, she served as Treasurer of Arnold Palmer Enterprises where her work included overseeing the PGA Tour Arnold Palmer Invitational golf tournament for several seasons.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, April 16, St. Luke Church (1212 Bunts Rd., Lakewood) at 10 A.M. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, TUESDAY 4-7 P.M.
