CECILE M. "CEIL" O'DONNELL (nee Scanlon), age 77, beloved wife of the late Neil J. Jr. "Bullet;" dearest mother of Mary C., Neil J. and the late Joseph and Kevin; daughter of the late Michael (of Achill Sound, Ireland) and Maire (nee Gallagher) (of Currane, Achill, Ireland); most cherished niece of her maternal uncle, the late John M. "Tailor" Gallagher and his wife, Mary, whom she called her Pa and Ma; loving sister of John Scanlon (June) and the late Florence Thompson (Del), Kathleen Kiraly, Michael, Thomas, Bartholemew, Edward and Anna Mae; most devoted aunt, cousin and friend to many.
