CHARLES B. FORNWALT, age 85, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Bauer); loving father of David, Thomas J. (Kim), Martin C. (Karen) and Nancy Ann Dowd (deceased) (partner Steve Schuch); grandfather of seven. U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Passed away October 21, 2013. Funeral Service Saturday, October 26, 4:30 P.M. at the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, where friends may call SATURDAY 2 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. The family suggests memorial contributions to Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Road, Parma, OH 44134.
