CHARLES A. FRAWLEY age 87; beloved husband of Mary Ellen (nee Thom); dear father of Thomas (Lorri), Ann, Rick Taubert and Kathy Krietzer; grandfather of 6; great-grandfather of 5; son of the late Anna (nee Hudak) and Arthur Frawley; brother of the late Robert Frawley; Mr. Frawley was a U.S.M.C. veteran of WWII and was awarded a Purple Heart. He was an avid fisherman and artist. Passed away April 8, 2013 at the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Sandusky. Graveside Service Monday, April 29, at 1 P.M. Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
