CHARLES E. GRALEY, was born on February 11, 1956. Son of Ruby A. Meister (deceased) and Lloyd Calvin "Tom" Graley (deceased); brother of Michael W. Graley (Nancy), Lloyd Calvin Graley, Jr. (deceased), David R. Graley (Mary), Timothy A. Graley and Donald J. Meister; uncle to many nephews and nieces. Eagle Scout and longtime Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 89 of Puritas Lutheran Church. Passed away May 13, 2025.
