DR. CHARLES A. HEPFORD, SR., age 82.  Beloved husband of Eileen (nee Moore); father of Chuck Jr. (Casey), Thom (Krista), Scott, Elizabeth Poe, Ph.D. (Jim), John (Stefi), Craig Adamson (Jenifer), Sean Adamson (Sonia), Joy Hall (Jack) and Jill; grandfather of 15.  Passed away peacefully at home March 29, 2018 in the arms of his family.  Dr. Hepford was a retired podiatrist and practiced for 35 years in Topeka, KS.  U.S. Army Vietnam veteran Medical Corps.  Military Honors with burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (Seville, OH) will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Pathways Hospice, 885 W.
