CHERYL L. WELSH (nee McGinnis), age 65, passed away peacefully on February 14th, 2024.  Preceded in death by her mother Carole McGinnis (nee Baechle), and her brother, Timothy McGinnis.  Leaving to mourn, her beautiful daughter Krista and her son Chip (Charles) and four brothers, Dick McGinnis of Las Vegas, NV, Bob McGinnis of Cleveland, OH, Terry McGinnis of Desert Springs, CA and Mark McGinnis of Des Moines, IA, along with special friend Charles Welsh and many many nieces and nephews.  Please join us in celebration of Cheryl's life at the Hooley House in Westlake at 6pm on Wednesday, February 28th.
