CLARE C. McCANN (nee Williams) age 82. Beloved wife of the late Robert, Sr.; mother of Mary Hamrick (Mendel), Mike, Jean Nahrstedt (Mike), Virginia, James (Rhonda), and Robert Jr.; grandmother of 13; great grandmother of 10; sister of Patricia Saker and the late Russell and Donald; aunt of many. Passed away Jan. 25, 2014. Funeral Mass Wednesday, Jan. 29, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS TUESDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions to Joseph's Home, 2412 Community College Ave. Cleveland, 44115.
