CONNIE M. SPARKS, age 74, of Westlake, OH, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2015 while in hospice care at the Cleveland Clinic. Loving mother of Mark (Jean) and Joni Trutza (Corky) (Davidson, NC); cherished grandmother of Tyler Trutza, Jennifer Boucher (Chris) and Kaitlyn Sparks (fiancé Mark Kubic); dear great-grandmother of Bella and Dawson Boucher; treasured companion of Ted Strezoff; aunt and friend of many.
