Smallwood; grandson of the late Clara and Charles Hofelzer; brother of Joanne Levet, Deborah Beck (Jeff),  David Smallwood and the late Kenneth C. Smallwood; companion of Kandie Wolfe; uncle and cousin to many.  Passed away September 15, 2022.
