DANIEL J. WILLIAMS, age 67; of Rocky River, OH, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in the loving embrace of his family. Beloved and loving Father of Daniel J. Williams, II (Gina), Kaitlin Williams (Kevin), Connor Williams, Grant Williams (Briahna), Meg Williams and Mary Catherine Williams; dearest Grandpa of Shea Williams, Isla Williams, KJ Hayek, Killian Hayek and Lucas Williams (deceased). Son of the late Lillian (nee Owsley) and Howard J. Williams, Sr.; dear brother of Howard J. Jr. (Nancy), Larraine McLaughlin (deceased), Patrick (JoAnn-deceased), Timothy (Cindy), Robert (Kate), William, Michael, Katy, Amy Carroll (Chris) and Colleen Brezine; beloved Uncle, Great Uncle, Cousin and friend of many.  Daniel lived, loved and laughed to the fullest extent possible, leaving his mark on everyone he met. He was strongly rooted in his faith to God and a proud alumnus of St. Edward High School ('76) and Miami University ('81), where he left his legacy on the gridiron. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for his Funeral Mass Saturday, August 16, St. Angela Merici Church (20970 Lorain Rd. Fairview Park) at 10:00 A.M. with a Celebration of Life luncheon following the Mass will be held at the American Legion Clifton Post 421, 22001 Brook Park Rd. Fairview Park, OH 44126. In lieu of flowers, Daniel requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Family of late Lorain Police Officer, Phillip Wagner.
