ZAK, age 37, beloved son of Linda (nee Hogg) and Robert; dear brother of Holly Miller (David), David (Leah Kafantaris), Susan Clancy (Marty), Janine Luedeke (Pete) and the late Laurie Zak; favorite uncle of Sarah, Anna, Megan, Cate and Maddie and great-uncle of Aiden; beloved nephew, cousin and friend of many.  Passed away unexpectedly August 15, 2023.  Funeral Service Tuesday, August 22, at 10:30 A.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
