DOWE, Jr., age 75, loving father of Christine Clark (Greg); grandfather of Sarah, Kaitlyn, Adam and Juliana; great-grandfather of Lyla Joy and Graham; son of Dorothy Mae Gaughan (nee Schukar) and the late David Dowe, Sr.; brother of Delann Round, Gary Tolowitzki and the late Gregg Tolowitzki; uncle and great-uncle of many.  U.S. Navy veteran.  Passed away May 4, 2023.  Committal Service Wednesday, May 17, 2023, Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH 44273) at 1:15 P.M.
