WARNER, age 51.  Fiance of Sherri McNeeley; father of Natalie, Thomas and Joseph Warner; son of Donna (nee Stepanek) and the late David Warner; brother of Daniel (deceased), Douglas, and Deborah Kocka; extended family of Patricia, Mark, Ted, Michael and beloved best friend of the late Thomas D.
