DEBORAH L. HUMBERT (nee Hendershot), age 62, passed into the arms of Jesus on January 3, 2022.  Beloved wife of Charles W. "Chuck" Humbert; stepmom of Charlene Campanella (Stephen); grandmother of Stephen (Amanda), Bradley (Natalie), Daniel (Dannielle), Chuck (Brandi) and Benjamin; great-grandmother of ten; daughter of Gertrude (nee Chapman) and the late Robert Hendershot; sister of Dale Hendershot (Donna) and David Hendershot (Peggy); aunt and great-aunt of many.  Memorial Service Friday, January 7, at 7:00 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of BEREA, 86 ADALBERT ST. OFF FRONT ST. LOCATED IN THE POLISH VILLAGE HISTORIC DISTRICT, where friends may call FRIDAY, 5 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. (Memorial Service will be livestreamed--please see link below.) Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to your favorite charity in her memory would be appreciated.

Deb grew up in Olmsted Falls and graduated from Olmsted Falls High School in 1977.  She participated in Community Theater as an actress and a singer.  She was an avid fly fisherwoman and loved cooking and excelled in creating fabulous dishes for her family.  Deb and Chuck were world travelers and enjoyed cruising the most.  She worked as a Risk Management Officer and consultant for various credit unions.  She was very passionate about her work.  Her feeling was that the credit union did God's work.  Her favorite view was out her family room window which opened to a bevy of nature.  Deer, wild birds and those devilish squirrels would keep her attention for hours.  Deb enjoyed feeding and "caring" for them in her own nature preserve.
