DONALD D. BERNATH, age 74, beloved son of the late Helen (nee Topits) and Joseph Bernath; brother of Joseph (Patricia) (both deceased) and Robert Bernath (Mary Ann); beloved uncle of many.  Passed away peacefully in the company of his family October 30, 2016.  Funeral Mass Friday, November 4, St. Ladislas Church (2345 Bassett Rd., Westlake) at 10 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
