DOROTHY SPURLOCK BLEVINS, age 92 of Corbin, Ky. passed away Friday December 1, 2017 at the Heritage in Corbin, Ky. She was born November 27, 1925 in Hima, Ky. to the late Matt and Kittie Hurley Spurlock. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Olan Blevins, son-in-law Ron Lanham and a sister Mary Lewis.
She is survived by 3 Daughters; Margaret Tilley (Ken) of North Olmsted, Ohio, Sylvia Wagner (G.A.) of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Beulah Barnett (Willis) of Corbin, Ky. 1 son; Gary Blevins (Rita) of Parma, Ohio, 13 grandchildren Theresa McKinney ( Johnny), Shela Watson (Kenneth), Larry Lanham (Amy), Gary Lanham (Kelly), Barbara Beres (Shawn), Eric Wagner (Elisa), Laura Fredle (Dave), Kimberly Tilley, Jennifer Goskey (Geoff), Jonathan Blevins (Erica), Janis Blevins (Justin), Jarrett Blevins (Jessica), Eric Barnett (Lacey), 17 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 2:30 pm Sunday December 3, 2017 at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Hodge and Bro. Vernon Jones officiating and also, Funeral Service Wednesday, December 6, at 10 A.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED 29150 LORAIN RD AT STEARNS RD. where friends may call TUESDAY 3:30-7:30 P.M.  Interment will be at Lakewood Park Cemetery in Rocky River, Ohio.
