EDWARD J. BOYLE, age 75. Beloved husband of the late Nancy Wlodarski; loving father of Kristen Webb (Tim); grandfather of Braxton; brother of Daniel, Thomas (deceased) and Dianne Oakes.

Ed served as a radioman in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam.  He received the Vietnam Service Medal with one bronze star.  He lived in North Olmsted and had one daughter, Kristen.  He served as Mayor of North Olmsted from 1990-1998.  He and his wife Nancy moved to Chesapeake Bay, MD and lived there for twenty two years.  They enjoyed many adventures and much love.   He then lived in the Toledo area with Kristen, her husband, Tim, and his beloved grandson Braxton.  Ed attended every sporting event Braxton was involved in.  He especially enjoyed cruising in his two seater BMW with his grandson by his side.  The Cleveland Browns won their game on 12/4/22 ... a perfect way to end his life long love of Cleveland sports.  He will be missed by his family and friends and his cherished canine companion, Maynard.

Passed away December 6, 2022. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, December 17, St. Richard Church (26855 Lorain Rd.) at 10:00 AM. A Celebration of Ed's Life will be held immediately after Mass. In lieu of flowers contributions to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, OH 44106 or to any veteran organization would be appreciated.
