EDWARD A. SOJA, age 71, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio passed away peacefully from a brief battle of cancer on November 20, 2024.  Eddie was born on July 16, 1953, to Edward and Ethel Soja.  Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Urban).  Loving father of Ed, Stacie (Mike) Busanus, and Shaun. Proud and much-loved Grandpa of MJ and Brady Busanus and Josie Soja.  Brother of Sharon Sauer, Linda (Bill) Novak, and Pam Soja. Brother-in-law to Kathie (John) Bungart. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Eddie was a lifelong fan of all Cleveland sports even though it came with its share of heartbreaks.  His other passions included boating, deer hunting, and fishing.  His greatest joy came from riding bikes with his grandson, MJ, creating cherished memories that will last forever.

Eddie dedicated over 50 years of his life to the concrete industry, where he not only worked hard but also made friendships that stood the test of time.  He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his humor, and willingness to help anyone who needed it.

Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. at STEARNS RD. MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 3-6 P.M.  The family will conclude the visitation with a small service and celebration of Eddie's life
