ELIZABETH A. HLAVIN (nee Rosenblad) age 79, passed away quietly January 16, 2015. She was born June 1, 1935, the daughter of Katherine and Rolf Rosenblad in Greenport, Long Island, N.Y. Her older brother Ralph has preceded her. In the late 1940's the family moved to Willoughby, OH where Betty attended Willoughby High School and later Miami University. She and her husband, Vincent Hlavin, were married on Valentine's Day, 1959. They (she) raised three wonderful children, Susan E. McCarthy (Kevin), Nancy C. Quellos (Daniel-deceased) and Karen R. Schultz (Richard). She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Betty will truly be missed by all who knew her.
