ENSIGN MATTHEW R. McFARLAND, U.S.N. passed away February 15, 1945 while serving his country. His remains were recently recovered and identified. Beloved son of the late Hugh and Mamie McFarland; brother of the late Hugh, Kathryn Voelker, Peg Weybrecht, Mary Grace and Rev. Joseph McFarland; beloved uncle and great uncle of many. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for his Funeral Mass Saturday September 26, 2009 St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Lane, N. Olmsted) at 10:30 A.M.
