ESTELLE VIRGINIA McCORMICK (nee Law). A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on May 28, 2025 at the age of 93. Born in Gary, West Virginia to Akers Law and Pansy Higgenbothem Law, she was a pillar of strength and love for her family. Virginia was a loving wife to James "Ben" McCormick (passed in 2014), cherished being a mother to Cynthia and Anthony, and grandmother to Ebonee, Christopher, and Evan; always ensuring they felt supported and loved. She was also a loving, kind, and supportive aunt to her nieces and nephews, known for her faith, her unwavering love for Jesus Christ and her willingness to share the gospel. Virginia's kindness, beauty and grace were noticeable and matched by her inner beauty and demeanor; she always had a listening ear and shared a warm embrace.

Virginia is survived by her loving family, including her children Cynthia Brock and Anthony McCormick, grandchildren Ebonee Brock, Christopher Brock, and Evan McCormick, daughter-in-law Marcy McCormick, and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her late husband James B. McCormick, her siblings, Boyd Law, Ann Law Walker, Mack Law, Eula Law, Clifford Law, and her son-in-law Derrell Brock.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME (4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. CLEVELAND, OH) (live stream will be available). Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH at 1:45 PM. Repast to follow at Chambers Funeral Home.
