ETHELYN M. MINNIS (nee Klein), age 85, beloved wife of Gordon for 61 years; mother of the late Randall; grandmother of Owen and Moira.  She is also survived by her dear daughter-in-law, Kathleen.  Lyn was a gifted artist whose education included studies at the Cleveland Institute of Art and the Instituto Allende in Mexico.  She painted prize-winning portraits of people and animals.  Also an accomplished seamstress, she did nearly every sort of needlework from embroidered handkerchiefs to elaborate wedding dresses.  She also worked as a silversmith and weaver and was always ready to teach others interested in her arts and crafts.  Passed away December 2, 2017.  Memorial Service to be announced.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 2315 Commerce Park, Shaker Hts., OH  44122.
