EUGENE L. WILLS, age 83. Beloved husband of the late Rose (nee Salgado); loving father of Toni D. Payne (Richard), Karen E. Fornwalt (Marty), Jeffrey P. (Diana), Gregory G. (Sophia) and Debra R. (fiance Frank Rozzelle); grandfather of Richard S. Payne, Nicholas A. Payne and Dariah R. Deskins; great-grandfather of 3; son of the late Donna (nee Williams) and Clarence; brother of Joann Blum (Edward, deceased), Robert (Kay), John (deceased) (Celia) and Dr. James (Ann). Eugene was retired from American National Can and proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Passed away February 14, 2016.
