FERNANDE M. "FAY" KASTAN (nee Jefriau), age 95, loving mother of Patrick Lally (Carol), Michael Kastan and Michelle S. Kastan; beloved grandmother of Marc Lally, Eric Lally (Amber), Tim Lally, Brittany Kastan and Andrew Bitting and great-grandmother of Lea Elliott and Ash Lally. Fay was born in Paris, France on May 5, 1927.  She was a proud Parisian never losing her French accent.  After surviving WWII in Paris, she married a GI (Luke) and came to America in 1948.  She modeled for the big downtown department stores.  Fay retired at 87 after years as a server/barmaid, most notably at Tony's at Kamms Corner and then at Del Sangros.  She was a loving mother and friend to so many.  Always a comedian, she loved to entertain, travel and was a great cook.  A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer.
