FRANCIS "FRANK" BUCKLEY, age 87, (native of WhiteChurch Cappagh, Co. Waterford, Ireland) devoted and beloved husband for 60 years of Ellen "Nell"  (nee McCarthy), loving father of James Buckley (Kathie) and Clare Coleman (Clinton), dear grandfather of Frank, Katharina, Erin, Diana and Sean and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Son of the late James and Catherine Buckley, brother to Sean-deceased, James-deceased, Patrick, William, Maura and Eileen-deceased. Due to the current health situation, all services will be private for the family. Frank's family will have a Memorial Mass and celebration of his life at a later date.
