GARY WALLACE ALLEN, 87, of North Olmsted, Ohio passed away February 21, 2025.  He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Harold and Margaret (Wallace) Allen.

Gary retired from Ford Motor Company after 40 years.  He was a 55-year member of John W. Barkley Lodge #621 (formerly North Olmsted Lodge #741).  Gary's "Happy Place" was on Lake Erie fishing,  boating and many wilderness fishing trips to Lady Evelyn Lake, Ontario, Canada.

Gary is survived by his wife of 33 years, Georgia Allen.  Together they had five daughters, Lori (Larry) Hufford, Tracy (John) Hehr, Jamie Kendall, Zan Glover and Gail Ditz; eight grandchildren, Rob (Heidi) Hufford, Jonathan Hufford, Emily (Brendan) Topp, Wellesley Hehr, Madeline Kendall, Drew Glover, Kyle Glover and Gavin Ditz; three great-grandchildren, Tripp Hufford, Beatrice Hufford and Oliver Hehr and Gary's sister, Elaine Koontz of Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Carol Bajzel and Vivian Ploe; brothers- in-law Noah Koontz and Frank Bajzel, niece Debbie Cox and nephew Billy Bajzel.

At Gary's request, there will be no services. He would want you to enjoy your family, friends and neighbors and especially enjoy a Lake Erie sunset.
