Beloved husband of 54 years to Ruth (nee Keilbach); father of Gary, Jr. (June), Shelly Schmitt (Rick) and Jerred; grandfather of Alexandra, Elizabeth and Gary Brooks III, John Chizmar and Ricky Jr. (Alexandra), Brandon (fiancée, Morgan Adkins), Nathan and Zachary Schmitt; brother of Alfred (Jeanie) and the late Marshall, Harold, Preston, Dolores and Shirley; uncle and friend of many. AT STEARNS RD., where social distancing and facemasks are required.  Funeral Service Friday, August 7, at 11:00 A.M., Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (facemasks required).  Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
