E. "GEAN" DROST (nee Winemiller) 95 died
April 9, 2020

Her life was defined by her trust and faith in God; she welcomed life with a smile. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Drost; the mother of Carol Shuttleworth (Ken) and Robert Cutlip (Cynthia), grandmother of Tammy Knull and Melissa Cutlip, great-grandmother of Stephanie Knull; step-mother of Diane Lourence, Richard and the late Kathleen Drost; step-grandmother of Stan Lourence. Gean is survived by her loving sister Virginia Barber and brother Robert Winemiller. Preceded in death by loving brothers Luther, Don, Richard and Roger Winemiller, Gean was a loving aunt and sister-in-law to many, a friend to all; She was preceded in death by her late husband William F. Cutlip. Gean was a 40-year candy maker/decorator for Faroh's Candies in Lorain. She was a resident of Elmcroft in Lorain and passed at Lorain's Mercy New Life Hospice. A private service for the family is to be held at Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted, followed by entombment at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Second Harvest Food Bank, 5510 Baumhart Rd, Lorain, OH 44053 or a charity of the donor's choice. Thank you to all who tended and watched over Mom during this time.
