GEORGE E. UTTERBACK, age 102, beloved husband of Betty (nee Yaugher); loving father of Robert (deceased) (Peggy), Cheryl Merkly (deceased) (Ted Kobus, deceased), Lois Malcuit (Michael, deceased), Roger (Nancy, deceased), Ronald (Sandy) and Doris Peace (Bruce); cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather of many; dear brother of Elsie and nine deceased siblings and beloved uncle of many. George was a proud U.S. Army WWII veteran and was a recipient of the EAME Campaign Medal and three Bronze Stars.  Passed away March 28, 2026.  A heartfelt thank you from George's family to the staff at Crocker Pointe who made him feel loved.  Funeral Service Friday, April 3, at (time later) in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, where friends may call THURSDAY, 4- 7 P.M.  Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
