GEORGE E. UTTERBACK, age 102, beloved husband of the late Betty (nee Yaugher); loving father of Robert (deceased) (Peggy), Cheryl Merkly (deceased) (Ted Kobus, deceased), Lois Malcuit (Michael, deceased), Roger (Nancy, deceased), Ronald (Sandy) and Doris Peace (Bruce); cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather of many; dear brother of Elsie and nine deceased siblings and beloved uncle of many. George was a proud U.S. Army WWII veteran and was a recipient of the EAME Campaign Medal and three Bronze Stars.  Passed away March 28, 2026.  A heartfelt thank you from George's family to the staff at Crocker Pointe who made him feel loved.  Funeral Service Friday, April 3, at 10:30 a.m. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, where friends may call THURSDAY, 4- 7 P.M.  Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
