GEORGE KOZAK, JR., age 83, passed away February 6, 2014. Beloved husband of Doris (Werain) for 62 years. Loving father of Lynn (deceased), James (Kathy), Kenneth (Nancy) and Janet (Hart). "Papa" of Jim (Jen), Ellen (Nick), Joel (Ann), Sam (Kristen), Meredith and Alyssa. "Great Papa" of Katelynn, Ruthie, Leo, Jacob and Luke. Brother of Margaret Wise (John, deceased). Preceded in death by his parents, Geroge Kozak, Sr. and Mary (Kokinda). George graduated from Lincoln High School in January '49 and was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran. He loved to create greeting cards, garden and collect stamps. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (6220 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134) on Saturday, February 15, at 11 A.M. Lunch to follow in the church hall.
