GERDA ALICE  MOLNAR (nee Simon), age 97, died October 19, 2018.  Preceded in death by her first husband, Dr. Emil W. Holthaus, Esq., who gave his life as a bomber pilot in WWII and mother of their children, the late Gunther and Doris Holthaus; subsequently, wife for 52 years to the late Ian J. Molnar, Professional Engineer.  Gerda is survived by two sons and two daughters:  Klaus Russell Molnar (Linda) of Rocky River, OH, Rich D. Molnar (Cristina) of Peyton, CO, Ingrid G. Kluth (Kent) of St. Augustine, FL, Iris S. McDonald (Brian) of Bay Village, OH, as well as seven grandsons, four granddaughters, two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.  Honoring the wishes of the deceased, all services were private for the family with burial at sea.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, P.O.
