HARRY "DEAN" SMITH, age 65, beloved father of Ryan (Ashley), Shaun (Molly Lewis) and Patrick (Camille); grandfather of Noah and Harper; son of the late Elizabeth (nee Lambert) and Ray Smith; brother of Ronald, Kitty Dunlap and the late Gene (Harry's twin), Larry, Marvin and Connie; dear uncle and great uncle of many especially to Michelle Price; former husband of Karen (nee Koval).  Dean retired after many years of service from the City of Cleveland, Water Pollution Control Division.  Passed away unexpectedly January 21, 2024.  Funeral Service  Monday, January 29, at 6:30 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
