(Anita); grandfather of Brian, Holly, Jacob, Abigail and Madeleine; brother of Janet Beamish; loving uncle and great-uncle of many. Mr. Packard was a retired regional sales manager for Cigna and a 1960 graduate of Kent State University. U. S. Army veteran. Passed away April 8, 2015.
