Passed away Oct. 22, 2020.
Heather Susan Marie Baldesare, native of Cleveland, Ohio, was the third of six children to Louis and Lois Billo. Raised in Parma, Heather attended Valley Forge High School from '69-'71 and graduated from Chamberlain High School ('72) in Twinsburg. Heather then attended Bowling Green State University and the University of Kentucky. After her marriage to Carl Baldesare Jr. in March 1978 she went on to raise four children (Jennifer, Carl III, Anthony, and Joseph) in Lakewood and Rocky River.
While raising her four children Heather took on various administrative roles as a sport coach, scout leader, and PSR teacher at Saint Christopher Parish. She was the first female commissioner for Boy Scouts of America's Greater Cleveland Council. During these years she was also heavily involved in Lakewood Garden Club, Cleveland Rotary, and socially through Westwood Country Club and the Chautauqua Institution.
Once her children had grown she elevated her love for floral design into the small business, Northcliff Enterprise Inc. Her business ventures led to her serving as an Officer for Celebrity Cruise Line in charge of all floral design for the Mercury. Her experiences in hospitality and passion for travel led to her working for Skywest Airlines, domiciled out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Following the death of her husband Carl in 2009, she married Doug Jungquist in September 2017 and then moved back to Northeast Ohio. Heather remained active as an Independent Designer with Chalk Couture until her passing.
